Dutch School of the early twentieth century - Still life with flowers

This is a beautiful still life with flowers in a vase. In the background there is a glimpse of the interior. You can see part of a picture frame. The flowers stand out from everything else for their extraordinary beauty.

The painting is signed G. Van Willelm. Willelm is the artist's name, while we only know the initial of his surname. The painting dates back to the very early years of the 20th century, probably 1918, as indicated by the date at the bottom right.

The painting is an oil on canvas and measures 50cmx60cm.
