Flemish school of the late 19th century - Landscape with horses

This work is in very good, practically perfect conservation conditions.
This is an oil on canvas from the late 19th or early 20th century. It depicts a small Dutch village, of which the bell tower is also depicted. The horses are rendered with great craftsmanship and skill. The author, whose signature is not easy to decipher, must certainly have studied at some academy of fine arts.

It does not require restoration. The frame is also period, it is imposing and is perhaps contemporary with the painting (late 19th or early 20th century).
